BOOK FOREWORD

In my experience as a health practitioner, I have come to realize that people aren’t quick to blindly take their doctor’s advice and treatment recommendations these days. People want information about their health. They want answers and explanations and don’t want to become “statistics.” They have seen their parents age, get sick, suffer endlessly, and then die, often untimely deaths. People long for a better quality of life.

From the time she was 15 years old, Debra Pugh suffered many of the symptoms associated with fibromyalgia. After years of conventional treatment, Debra realized that it was going to take a lot more than what she was doing to be healthy and pain-free.

Proverbs 2:6 explains, “For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.”  Debra took the scriptures seriously and cried out to God and asked for His wisdom.  In Jeremiah 33:3, God says, “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”   God’s promise took Debra down a new path, a path of discovery, a journey to good health, and freedom from pain.

Now Debra spends much of her time sharing her knowledge with other people and helping them find the health and vitality they so desperately seek.

The Apostle Paul wrote in 3 John 1:2, “I pray that you would prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.”  The information in Debra’s book will lead you on a health journey. Whether you are suffering from fibromyalgia, or any number of other health issues, you will want to learn and follow the “Recipe for Feeling Fit and Healthy,” and you will find yourself a long way down the road toward a healthy and better quality of life.

God bless you on your journey!
